What is really meant by unlimited? How can that be fulfilled?
We encourage and expect several deliverables to be requested at the same time and regularly throughout the duration of your subscription. Our creative process is based around the theory of systems so the approach is to draft different first iterations and receive feedback quickly, then finalize several assets in succession whether they are social media posts, website blogs, email newsletter copy or presentation slides for a webinar.

The content strategy, style, examples, preferences and voice will be conveyed for each task when it is submitted for production thereby eliminating miscommunication and the Zoom monthly meetings will also firmly cement the overall tone that the company carries.

Additionally, there are unlimited revisions for each asset and rapid delivery within 2-3 days, including weekends. Businesses can quickly deploy their assets for marketing campaigns, nurturing and attracting customers.

We understand that businesses often require adjustments and fine-tuning to achieve their desired aesthetic and functional outcomes which is why unlimited creation is advantageous for top of funnel marketing because it naturally incorporates large quantities of content and experimentation with variables that can be targeted for optimization.

There will be conversations related to the tasks submitted, as well as monthly Zoom meetings where a summary of the month's assets and growth is presented.

The monthly meeting is not mandatory, but a value that AnthROI provides with insight, interpretation and analysis of the month's output and overall development of the brand. A PDF Report of the information will also be provided if a meeting is not scheduled for the month.

You and any team members are encouraged to contribute in Notion by submitting tasks, providing feedback and joining meetings. AnthROI promotes teamwork, idea sharing and collective decision-making for more innovative solutions.

Is there a contract to sign? How can I ensure I am satisfied?
There is not a contractual agreement to sign. You only pay according to your chosen payment frequency (monthly or quarterly) and may cancel at any time. The AnthROI commitment is to service your task requests as long as your payment is current. We will provide up to a month or quarter of service if your account is canceled before the next payment date. Pro-rated refunds are not available.

You and your company are the exclusive owners of everything created by the AnthROI service. All tasks, requests, services and products digitally created for the marketing of your SAAS, service, product, website, social media channels, brand and company representatives are the sole exclusive property of you.

Digital assets, marketing research insights, analytics, reports of findings and interpretations produced by AnthROI on behalf of you and your company is created for the distribution on your channels and include but are not limited to graphic designs, copywriting, social media posts, industry research and reporting.

The creative tasks you and your team make with AnthROI are the property of your company from the beginning to the completion of the project and including all versions, variations, iterations, edits and drafts.
